I am a relational psychological coach who gives focused attention, curiosity and deep listening to help teams to explore and experiment with options and powerful strategic systemic thinking.

  • Executive and Leadership Coaching

    I use a variety of tools such as strengths profiling, and various methods to enhance self-awareness, awareness of others, and systemic awareness to support personal presence, leadership purpose, challenge mindsets and beliefs, develop influence and resilience.

  • Team Coaching and Team Development

    I am a skilled facilitator and team coach and offer bespoke interventions to meet your goals and needs. You may be interested in Team Strengths profiling, or Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a team. Your focus may be on group and team dynamics, as well as collective understanding, clarity and commitment to your team mission and purpose. You may want to shift team mindsets and areas of resistance in order to enable your business mission and aspects of collective leadership and cultural shift.

  • Coaching Skills for Line Managers

    I offer training for line managers to equip them with coaching skills. This is not to turn your line managers into coaches. The aim is resource your managers with effective skills that support them with employee engagement, performance management and people’s learning and development.
