Your focus may be on group and team dynamics, as well as collective understanding, clarity and commitment to your team mission and purpose. You may want to shift team mindsets and areas of resistance in order to enable your business mission and aspects of collective leadership and cultural shift.

I offer training for line managers to equip them with coaching skills. This is not to turn your line managers into coaches. The aim is resource your managers with effective skills that support them with employee engagement, performance management and people’s learning and development.
