About Lynn
I’ve always been fascinated by people, psychology and philosophy, seeking to understand who we are and why we do what we do. I’m an explorer of the soul and spirituality, meaning and purpose. The school of life has brought me many challenges and rich learning about what it means to be human.
I’ve held senior executive roles in HR and organisational change in a variety of sectors. My professional development has always been about complexity thinking, making sense of systems, the unspoken and what is held in ‘the field’. I wholeheartedly believe that what makes organisations successful is putting people first.
My practice is informed by: positive psychology and strengths, systemic constellations, Gestalt, body psychotherapy, psychosynthesis, parts work and subpersonalities, attachment and loss, ancestral patterns in people and organisations, unconscious communication, and the power of creativity
With a long career in the corporate world a major turning point came in 2003 when I enrolled on the foundation year of a psychotherapy training. This was curtailed by a diagnosis of ovarian cancer when I promised myself that I would train as a psychotherapist. I qualified in 2008.
Another turning point came in 2013 when art entered my life in an unexpected way. I hadn’t painted since I was a child. This developed into a passion for sacred geometry and I have a thriving art practice with my work in private collections all over the world. The circle and spiral are ancient symbols and speak to me about the spiral of life and repeating patterns. You can see my art at https://www.sacredintuitiveart.com
