For Individuals - Coaching & Psychotherapy

Is life living you or are you living life?

Are you seeking meaning and purpose?

Do you feel lost? That you haven’t got a clue what you want or where you are going?

Is something beckoning, emergent, calling you forward, tantalising yet not quite in focus?

Do the same old patterns keep reappearing in your life and you’re not sure why, just that something is getting in the way?

Is life unravelling for you? And now you need to make sense of how to reweave the threads?

Are you in life transition longing to sense into your own potential of being and becoming?

Are you coming through burnout with the desire to live life differently?

Needing time and space to think.

My approach is relational, one of focused attention, curiosity and deep listening, creating a safe space in which you can explore your dreams, hopes and fears. Nothing is ever silly! All of you is welcome: the tender parts, the confident parts, the confused parts, the child and the wise one. Perhaps it is time to come home to yourself.

Connecting to your inner wisdom and the he(art) of change.

This is your space, your time, no pressure, no judgement, listening for the voice of your heart and what calls you forward. Sometimes this is a process of unravelling, of disentangling from the past. Often it is the process of re-weaving those threads, examining choices, experimenting with options, coming home to self, a mix of baby steps and daring greatly.

Counselling & Therapy

I have a particular interest in working with you from a soulful perspective, especially with regards to the ‘mother wound’, life crisis, burnout, grief, loss and bereavement, midlife transition, becoming an elder, death and dying.

I am equally open to working with people who value the intimacy of the therapeutic space as a place for reflection, making sense of yourself and of life.

Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes, initially for six sessions and then review. I am open to short and long-term work.

I work virtually and in person from my therapy room in Eastbourne.

My fees are £80 per session, invoiced monthly in advance.

Coaching Options

A variety of options are possible with coaching. Sessions tend to be online but if you are in travelling distance of Eastbourne we can agree to meet in person at my art studio by the sea.

  • The Classic - 6 coaching sessions of 75 minutes each, meeting every 2 to 3 weeks over a period of 3 to 4 months. You may start here and then continue on the same basis or adjust the frequency depending on progress towards your goal. Six sessions are invoiced in advance. £900

  • The One-off laser guided session for 90 minutes. £180

  • A Clifton Strengths feedback session lasting 120 minutes. You complete the All 34 profile in advance. During this session we take a deep dive in to what your profile means for you. £250

  • A Walk and Talk by the sea. Come to Eastbourne and take advantage of its 4 mile promenade to give you a different perspective on life. £250

  • Meet in person in my art studio and tap into your creative side, your intuition and your unconscious for a one off longer session or regular meeting.

  • The Tailored approach - you may wish to work with me for more than six sessions, though that is often a good place to start and to then review frequency. I am open to working with you for 6 months or longer. Some people value a monthly session for 12 months and beyond. £150 per session

If you like the sound of this, or have an alternative idea, please get in touch and we can discuss.

Reduced Rate & Pro Bono Coaching

As part of my commitment to ‘paying it forward’ I offer one reduced rate or pro bono programme each quarter.

This is intended for people on low income (for pro bono coaching) and women who would not typically be able to access coaching for themselves or through their employer.

Please get in touch if you would like to be added to my wait list.

“I’d highlight your ability to hold a safe and trustworthy, insightful space, your ability to listen and pay attention to me, follow my thread, be with me in it, empathy, understanding, your resources and a considerable vast helpful knowledge of supporting tools and techniques I can investigate and use to support myself. Kindness, care and love. Helping me to find my Direction not giving one to me! The fact that you supported me to empower myself and become the authority in my own life.”
