“And the time came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom”
– Anais Nin
Counselling and Psychotherapy
I work holistically with body,mind,feelings and the soul, on-line and in-person.
I view individuals as unique, seeing you as a person with your own history. My approach is deeply relational, seeking to understand what happened to you and what makes you who you are, listening for what is emergent, what is said and unsaid.
I specialise in working with a range of needs including: the ‘mother wound’, life crisis, burnout, grief, loss and bereavement, midlife transition, becoming an elder, death and dying, food addiction and our relationship with food.
Coaching, Personal & Professional Development
I offer Executive and Leadership coaching, Team Coaching, and Mentoring, working with experienced leaders, teams, and aspiring professionals.
I support personal and team growth and self-awareness, which is the foundation of leadership development. I enable self-inquiry to enhance wellbeing, personal presence, team relationships, managing up, resilience, influencing, confidence, and clarity of thinking. My background and personal experience enables me to work with career development and career transitions, procrastination, perfectionism, burnout, stress, depression and anxiety.
I help teams to clarify the team mission and purpose. I facilitate team performance, working with team formation, team development and team endings.
Coach Mentoring & Supervision
I work with new coaches who are in training or recently qualified, to provide mentoring and supervision in support of developing skills, confidence and setting up a professional practice.
I facilitate your self-inquiry and self-reflection to:
support your learning;
to practice and deepen your knowledge and skills as a coach;
to step back and take a holistic view of your clients.
“Being in Lynn’s presence first and foremost feels very safe. It is the perfect space from which I have been able to explore my challenges, edges, and potential. She has a profound wisdom that in my view is rare.”
